The annual auction is an evening to raise funds for scholarships and other school needs, further friendships and celebrate the excellence of St. Paul Catholic School, its students and its alumni. An Indianapolis 500 Victory Banquet themed event, “The Greatest Spectacle in Excellence” will be held in the St. Paul Catholic School Gymnasium beginning with cocktails at 6:30 p.m. A vast array of items will be up for auction while guests enjoy a delicious meal and spend time catching up and celebrating the past, present and future of St. Paul Catholic School. New for 2018 will be online registration and bidding for silent auction items. This means supporters near and far that are unable to attend the event in person may participate. Talk with your classmates and make plans to return to your alma mater for an evening of fun together while supporting current and future students. Make it an evening out with friends! Tickets are $50 per person which includes wine, appetizers, dinner, and dessert. Seating is limited. Reservations are due no later than April 27, 2018. Tickets may be purchased online beginning March 26, 2018 at http://bidpal.net/stpaulauction. Save $10 per person* by making your reservation by April 8, 2018!
* Early Bird discount replaces the scrip previously provided with your reservation. Mailed reservations must be postmarked no later than April 8, 2018 for the discount to apply. Auction attendees mustbe 21 years of age or over.
Enticing auction items such as vacation getaways, use of a rental home, unique experiences or tempting treats for adults, children and families are needed. Why not go together with friends to donate a one-of-a-kind auction item? To donate, please complete an Item Donation Form found below and return it along with the item to the school office by April 16, 2018. Your donation may be tax deductible and a charitable contribution receipt for donations will be mailed to donors following the auction.

Raffle tickets are now available! A maximum of 250 raffle tickets will be sold at $100 each. Each ticket is entered into a drawing held the evening of the auction. First place wins $10,000; second place $1,000; third place $500; and fourth place $250. Raffle tickets are payable by cash or check only. Raffle winner need not be present to win. To purchase a ticket, contact the school office (765-662-2883) or complete and return an Auction Support Form (below) and retiurn it to the school. Purchase your raffle ticket early as we sold out before the auction started last year!

Sponsors are critical to the success of the auction. With your generosity, costs related to the auction can be covered allowing every dollar raised the evening of the auction to go directly to help the school. No donation is too small, as every little bit helps to cover costs. Sponsorship details are below.
