On Saturday, August 29, we will be “Kickin’ It Up for the Kids” with a 1920’s virtual gala! The enclosed booklet provides information on this year’s auction. Even though the in-person auction is not being held, you can still enjoy a dinner prepared by Gunner Roesley, bid on items (both silent and “live”) and spend time celebrating St. Paul Catholic School and our students! Our online auction site is filling with items that will be available for bidding starting the week of August 24 (www.bidpal.net/stpaul20). 

New this year is a competition between Father Christopher Roberts and Principal Veronica Weimer. These two individuals have challenged each other to see who can raise the most funds for our students. The one who does will toss a pie at the other as our live-stream program ends. Rumor has it that the “smack” talk has begun and that they will be sharing videos on social media with their strategies for winning and making the stickiest pie! You can donate to their cause on our auction website!

We hope you understand the needs for the changes and that you get excited about the 35th St. Paul Auction. We are, as we think it is a great way to raise funds but still provide our students and supporters with a safe environment. 2. Purchase a raffle ticket
Each ticket is a chance to win the top prize of $10,000! Raffle tickets will be available beginning in late July. You can purchase one from  a ticket seller, by dropping your payment in the offertory basket and noting it is for a raffle ticket, stopping by the school office or mailing your payment to the school office, noting it is for a raffle ticket.

3. View and bid on items online (www.bidpal.net/stpaul20)
Items are being added daily to the auction site. You can view items now and bein bidding the week of August 24. "Live" items will only be available during the live-stream program starting at 6:30 PM on Saturday, August 29. 4. Donate to the Fr. Christopher vs. Principal Weimer Challenge 
Father Christopher Roberts and new school principal, Mrs. Veronica Weimer have challenged each other to see who can raise the most money for the school as part of this year's auction. Each is collecting donations. The one who raises the most money by the end of our live-stream program will get to put a pie in the face of the other as our program closes.
