5. How do I monitor my child's grades or know what is going on in the classroom and school?
St. Paul Catholic School's primary communication with parents is handled through the Powerschool. Each family has a Powerschool account that provides them access to their student's grades and other classroom specific information, as well as school-wide updates. Families are asked to keep their contact information current by updating it as needed in Powerschool. This is how our teachers and staff locate communication information and school alerts/notifications are sent out to families. For help with Powerschool, contact the school secretary.
6. My child is sick. Do I need to contact the school?
Yes. We ask that, when a student is absent from school, a parent call the school office at 765-662-2883 by 9:30 AM each day of the abscence. If we do not receive a call, a parent will be contacted. This policy is for the protection of the students.

Students should be fever free, without the use of medicine, for 24 hours before returning to school.
8. We are having a birthday party for my child. Can we send home invitations?
Invitations for a child's party should be sent to other students via U.S. mail, email, etc. unless an invitation is being given to every student in the entire grade.
