McCarthy Hall is located at 1009 Kem Road, directly behind St. Paul Catholic School. This smoke-free facility is available for rental. This event facility is great for birthday parties, wedding receptions, baptism receptions, funeral receptions, fundraising events, graduation open houses, seminars and many other types of events. With a capacity of 200 people, the facility includes a kitchen (appliances only, no utensils, etc.) for food preparation and round tables and chairs for seating.

Rental rates are determined by the size of the event. All rentals are subject to a $125 deposit which is refunded if the facility is left in the condition stated in the contract. If additional clean up is necessary, the deposit may not be refunded. All rates are subject to change.

 

*Note: Parishioners are charged a lower rate, primarily for family gatherings, as it is believed and expected that they support the parish facilities through Sunday collection. However, parishioners will not be charged a lower rate for rental to organizations, businesses or functions which are not related to and do not support the parish.

All rentals require an Accord Certificate of Insurance with liability coverage for $1,000,000. The certificate must also include the date of the event and the following parties listed as additional insured "certificate holders."
